Alana + Kevin | A Cafe Brauer Wedding

Alana and Kevin used to live in Lincoln Park, and got in engaged in LP as well, so it made sense to have a Chicago wedding at Cafe Brauer, even though they now reside in California. Enter Clementine Custom Events, their fabulous planning team who helped them plan from afar! Planners are helpful at all times, but especially when you’re trying to coordinate a wedding from afar!

I met Alana and Kevin through previous clients Shannon and Nolan, who were also at the wedding. In fact, I had 3 clients at that wedding, which is always a joy! I wasn’t the only one seeing old friends though, because the couple also ran into friends at a volleyball tournament at North Ave beach when we stopped for photos.

And I can’t forget to mention all the details throughout the day that included their Burmese mountain dog they adore, which had to leave home in California. Check out the little guy on the cake below – so cute!
